A Veteran Approach to Your Longevity and Alignment

With over 12 years of professional fitness management and coaching experience, my passion is guiding clients back to absolute physical freedom. After seeing many people get lost in the transition between finishing their clinical physical therapy and returning to their normal lifestyles, I founded Grayson Private Training to serve as that critical bridge.

As a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES), I analyze movement patterns to locate compensations and design tailored home exercises. I make high-quality training accessible by bringing the program, the equipment, and the motivation straight to your home.

Success Stories

What My Clients Say

Real experiences from Ann Arbor residents who rebuilt their movement confidence.

"After completing my physical therapy for a torn meniscus, I felt nervous about going back to standard workouts. Lee knew exactly how to bridge that gap. He adjusted the loading slowly, focused on alignment, and now I'm back running pain-free."

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about private home training? Here are some clear answers.

No. I bring all the necessary equipment to evaluate and program your sessions, including resistance bands, stability mats, balance pads, and mobility tools. All you need to provide is a clear, moderate space in your living room or garage.
I primarily serve the greater Ann Arbor area, including downtown Ann Arbor, Novi, and surrounding communities like Saline, Dexter, and Pittsfield Township. If you are unsure if you are in my radius, send a request with your zip code and we can discuss!
Once you have been discharged by your physical therapist or orthopedic professional, we coordinate to translate your clinical rehab targets into functional, progressive loading. I focus heavily on movement quality to ensure your transition is smooth, safe, and progressive.
The consultation takes about 60 minutes. We'll start with a thorough review of your medical and exercise history, perform a physical movement screening to analyze your posture and joints, assess your designated training area, and establish clear targets.
